All package prices below are "All-In" for 100 guests and include our 20% Service & Production Fee.

TIER 1: THE SOCIAL COLLECTION

Total Package Price: $5,500 Ideal for intimate celebrations, mixers, and birthdays.

  • Venue Use: 4 hours of private facility use.

  • Dining: Signature Mexican Appetizer Grazing Table (Mini street tacos, elote cups, taquitos, chips, guac & house salsas).

  • Beverages: Unlimited Soda, Water, and choice of two Signature Aguas Frescas.

  • Bar Service: Cash Bar. Guests may purchase individual Margaritas and Tap Beers.

  • Inclusions: Standard House Linens (Black/White), 1 Security Guard, Full Setup/Cleanup, and Cake Cutting service.

TIER 2: THE TRADICIÓN COLLECTION (Our Most Popular)

Total Package Price: $9,200 Our most popular choice for anniversaries and graduations.

  • Venue Use: 6 hours of private facility use.

  • Dining: Full Authentic Mexican Buffet (Choice of 2 Proteins, Rice, Beans, and Tortillas).

  • Beverages: Unlimited Soda, Water, and Aguas Frescas.

  • Bar Service: 4-Hour Hosted Beer Bar. Includes Pacifico, Michelob Ultra, Dos XX, Coors, and Modelo. (Liquor available for guest purchase).

  • Entertainment: Professional Event DJ & MC with dance floor lighting.

  • Inclusions: Upgraded Linens and Table Runners, 1 Security Guard, 2 Dedicated Event Servers, and Cake Cutting service.

TIER 3: THE LEYVA GRAND COLLECTION

Total Package Price: $14,800 The ultimate all-inclusive experience for Weddings and Quinceañeras.

  • Venue Use: 6 hours of private facility use + 2 hours of early access for setup.

  • Dining: Premium Dual-Service (Grazing Appetizer Table PLUS Full Buffet or Plated Dinner).

  • Late Night Snack: Midnight Street Tacos served from the Casa De Leyva Food Truck!

  • Beverages: Unlimited Soda, Water, and Aguas Frescas.

  • Bar Service: 4-Hour Full Hosted Open Bar. Includes House Spirits, Signature Margaritas, and all Draft Beers.

  • Florals: Natural Floral Centerpieces for all guest tables and a Sweetheart table arrangement.

  • Entertainment: Top-tier DJ/MC and a Custom Interactive Photo Booth.

  • Staffing: Day-of Event Coordinator, 2 Security Guards, 3 Dedicated Event Servers.

  • Semi-Private In-House Catering: $18.00 per person (Min. 20 guests).

  • Privacy/Setup Fee (For Semi-Private): $150.00.

CASA DE LEYVA POLICIES

  • Strict Beverage Policy: In accordance with AZ Title 4, no outside beverages (alcohol or non-alcohol) are permitted. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to be served alcohol.

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance and final guest count are due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Decor: No glitter, confetti, or wall-damaging adhesives. Additional Guests: * Tier 1: $35/person | Tier 2: $65/person | Tier 3: $85/person

  • Semi-Private In-House Catering: $18.00 per person (Min. 20 guests).

  • Privacy/Setup Fee (For Semi-Private): $150.00.
